Neuspeed's Short Shift Kit for the early Beetle and Golf IV & Jetta IV cars is a complete shift mechanism with the Neuspeed short shift lever pre-installed. The Neuspeed short shift kit reduces the throw by approximately 40%.

Fits: VW Beetle 1998-99.5 and MK IV 1999-99.5 with 5-Speed manual transmission.

To determine if this kit will fit your vehicle, inspect your factory shift lever (located underneath your shift knob and boot). If your factory lever has an arc bending rearward, use this kit.
